I have bought one of the best, most powerful showerheads made especially for people that have low water pressure. Amazon.com has the newest showerhead technology known as the Fire Hydrant class of showerheads.

The massager showerhead in Chrome that I bought does a great job taking the incoming water into the showerhead and turning it into a pulsating hot water shower that can easily get the soap out of my hair and get me completely clean. I am going to buy a second one for my other shower.
