I ordered a especially made showerhead for low water pressure made by a company called Take A Shower LLC from www.amazon.com . I received it quite quickly and installed it myself with the enclosed instructions.

I was impressed with the size of this showerhead and its performance. The pulsating hot water in the Massager adjustment was completely relaxing and really got me clean.
My wife loves this showerhead and wants one for her bathroom.
