I bought a new low water pressure hand held from http://highpressureshowers.com .As soon as I could I hooked it up and I was impressed immediately. It was a great improvement over my old shower head. I bought the Fire Hydrant Spa Deluxe Plaza Massager Handheld Shower Head with the 59 inch Hose. I can understand why they titled it a "Fire Hydrant". When I turned the water on it really did feel like I opened up a Fire Hydrant. I can now really look forward to coming home after a long day at work and relaxing with my new shower head.
